Once you’ve provided the necessary details, you’ll receive a clear, step-by-step guide to purchase and implement your design at your own pace, with expert support along the way. This service allows you to transform your space while maintaining complete control over the process and timeline.

THE REMOTE Design process

  • Start by submitting your project inquiry form—click any button on this page or [access it here]. Once we review your submission, we’ll send you a link to schedule an info call. During the call, you can share your space, design goals, and project needs with us. If it’s a good fit, we’ll email your design fee, contract, and estimated timeline within one week. Once your design payment is received, we’ll add your project to our calendar and send over your welcome packet. Inside, you’ll find your Design Prep Form, which will walk you through exactly what to send us so we can create the most thoughtful, accurate, and personalized design plan possible.

  • Your complete design plan will include:

    1. Digital Design Mood Board

    2. Virtual Shopping List with Clickable Links

    3. Material Samples (you can touch + feel, if applicable)

    4. 2D Furniture Plan (birds eye view)

    5. 3D Furniture Plan View (if applicable)

  • You can review your full design at your own pace and reach out with any questions.

  • If there’s anything you’d like to revise, we’re happy to make adjustments. Your initial design fee will include the re-selection of up to three products (+ one revised furniture plan) per room. Additional revisions will be billed hourly @$75/hour.

  • And now the fun part—shop your design at your own pace using your virtual, clickable shopping list, and watch your space come to life! As pieces arrive, you can implement the design with our detailed install and product guides, all from the comfort of your home. If you also happen to need additional support after your design phase completes, we do offer virtual 1-hour sessions at $150 per call. These are ideal for quick FaceTime consultations, walkthroughs, or answering any lingering questions.

  • The cost of Remote Design depends on the size and complexity of your space. We offer flexible pricing based on the scope of your project, and we’ll provide a customized quote after we receive all your details.

  • We approach e-design with the same level of thought, customization, and design integrity as full-service work, considering scale, proportion, functionality, and long-term livability. Rather than quick, one-size-fits-all solutions, we create tailored designs meant to feel cohesive, elevated, and truly personal. Our e-design services may be priced differently than some online design companies because your project is led by trained interior designers — not decorators or template-based services. We are here to work along side you throughout the entire process.

  • We typically aim to deliver your initial design within about 8 weeks once your payment and all required materials are received (though timing can shift depending on our client queue or with more complex design needs). Your project is added to our calendar once your payment and e-design contract are submitted, and delays in either may push back your start date. We’ll always communicate any timeline changes along the way, and we ask that you let us know of any deadlines during your initial information call. All designs are created from scratch specifically for your space — we don’t use templates or pre-made design plans — which allows us to give each project the care and attention it deserves.

  • Yes! We offer a revision process to ensure the design fits your vision. After receiving your initial design, you can request adjustments, and we’ll make sure the final plan is exactly what you’re looking for. If there’s anything you’d like to revise, we’re happy to make adjustments. Your initial design fee will include the re-selection of up to three products (+ one revised furniture plan) per room.
